One of the most common and easily-ignored cause make us feel fatigue to deal with works is body dehydration. Dehydration or simply known as the condition in which our body lose water every day in the form of water vapor in the breath we exhale and as water in our sweat, urine, and stool.

If the water loss happens in a normal level, everything seems to be good. however, when it comes to dehydration in serious condition, we need to know its first signs and get treatments right away.

What signs to know the body is at risk of dehydration and craves for water?

There are 10 following symptoms that when you see yourself concerning to one of them abnormally,  namely:

  • Increased thirst
  • Dry mouth and swollen tongue
  • Weakness
  • Dizziness
  • Palpitations (feeling that the heart is jumping or pounding)
  • Confusion
  • Sluggishness fainting
  • Fainting
  • Inability to sweat
  • Decreased urine output

so it’s time to provide your body with more fluids.
